In 1971, the company was established as the third workshop of the Kanxi Commune Agricultural Machinery Parts Factory.
In 1977, the glow plug project was successfully developed and officially put into production
In 1981, it was renamed Cixi County Glow Plug Factory
In 1985, we signed an AC generator technology transfer agreement with Shanghai Automotive Motor Plant No. 2 and sent more than 60 employees to Shanghai for training and study, launching a cooperative development project for AC generators.
In 1986, the JF series AC generator was successfully trial-produced and officially put into production
In 1989, the Spark Plug (Glow Plug) Group was established and the first academic exchange meeting was held jointly with the China Internal Combustion Engine Society and the China Society of Automotive Engineers.
In 1991, the JF131A AC generator was rated as a high-quality product by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics.
In 1993, the starter production building, metalworking workshop, and equipment tooling and mold workshop were completed.
In 1993, the annual production of 300,000 starter motors was upgraded with a total investment of 10 million yuan. The Ningbo Municipal Party Committee Secretary, Cixi Municipal Party Committee Deputy Secretary, Mayor, and Deputy Mayor visited the factory.

In 2005, we successfully developed a 6.6kW series planetary reduction starter, which was the first planetary reduction structure product developed in China. We have obtained 7 national patents.

In 2009, the company's output value exceeded 100 million yuan and was rated as a "Growth Potential Enterprise" in Cixi City.
In 2012, QDJ2508L and QDJ1408GM planetary reduction starters were approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology as national key new products.
In 2014, the company passed the ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification
In 2020, the Motor and Electrical Appliances Branch of the China Internal Combustion Engine Association celebrated its 30th anniversary. The company was awarded the title of "Benchmark Enterprise in China's Internal Combustion Engine, Motor, Electrical Appliances and Electronics Industry" and Chairman Shi Jianxin was awarded the title of "Outstanding Entrepreneur in China's Internal Combustion Engine, Motor, Electrical Appliances and Electronics Industry".
